This rate card is generated directly from the billing engine's canonical COST_TABLE — not a separate marketing document. ACU values here are the same values that appear on your usage invoice.
Metered unit for direct API and MCP calls. Every endpoint in this table is priced in ACU. Your plan's DC rate converts ACU to USD at billing time.
DC are the unit for human and product workflows that go through the AI planner. Simple lookups cost 1 DC; a full multi-source site investigation costs 10–20 DC. See Plans for monthly DC allocations.
Commercial evidence sources (parcel ownership, licensed demographics, permitted commercial layers) are quoted separately when a decision requires them. The evidence manifest shows which sources are commercial-only before you commit.
Each API call is metered in ACU according to the table below. ACU accumulate on your billing ledger and convert to USD at your plan's DC rate. The nightly Stripe sync aggregates usage per source family.
MCP tool calls route to the same REST endpoints and carry the same ACU cost. Async job results do not add additional ACU; only the submission call is metered.
