By creating an account or using the geog.ai API, website, or any associated service (collectively the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
geog.ai provides a spatial reasoning API that returns geographic context, simulation outputs, terrain analysis, routing, and related spatial intelligence for use in software applications and AI agents. Outputs are provided for informational and decision-support purposes only — see the Beta & Disclaimer page for full scope limitations.
You may use the Service to build applications, conduct research, and integrate spatial intelligence into your products, subject to these Terms. You must not:
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Usage-based charges (Data Credits) are billed in arrears. Payment is processed by Stripe. You authorise us to charge the payment method on file for all fees incurred. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice via email or dashboard notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. geog.ai retains all rights in the Service, models, and proprietary algorithms. Outputs generated by the Service are licensed to you for use in your applications, subject to these Terms and the data-source licences listed in our Attribution page.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUTS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR USE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, geog.ai AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. On termination, your API keys will be revoked and your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the dashboard at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
