General Support

For questions about your account, API keys, billing, how to use the API, or to report a bug, accuracy issue, or security concern:

• Email: ops@m8n.app
• Please include your account email and a brief description of the issue in the subject line so we can route it correctly.
• Response time: typically within 1 business day during beta.

Report a Bug or Accuracy Issue

If you find an API response that looks wrong — incorrect coordinates, implausible simulation output, a 5xx error, or unexpected billing — please include:

• The endpoint and request parameters (redact any sensitive data).
• The response you received.
• What you expected to see.

Privacy & Data Requests

To exercise your data rights (access, deletion, portability) or report a privacy concern:

• Email: ops@m8n.app
• Please include "Privacy Request" in the subject line and your account email address so we can verify your identity.

Security Disclosures

To report a security vulnerability, please email ops@m8n.app with the subject line "Security Disclosure". We ask that you follow responsible disclosure and give us reasonable time to address the issue before public disclosure. We do not currently have a formal bug-bounty programme but we will acknowledge your contribution.
